By accessing our website, purchasing or participating in any SFX Forex program, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

How It Is Calculated

Participation in an SFX Forex program does not constitute an offer of employment, investment management, or financial advisory services. Specific rules applicable to each program are communicated before or at the time of purchase.

Key Parameters & Guidelines

Eligibility: Participants must meet minimum age and legal requirements in their applicable location.

Trading Programs: Evaluations assess trading performance, discipline, risk management, and consistency.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality. Account selling, renting, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

Funded Accounts: Successful completion of evaluations grants access to funded or simulated-funded trading accounts subject to risk rules.

Profit Sharing: Eligible traders receive payouts according to the specific profit split of their program (up to 100%).

No Financial Advice: All educational materials, commentary, and platform content are provided for informational purposes only.

Practical Trading Examples

Trader purchases a $100K evaluation -> Follows all risk rules -> Passes objectives -> Completes KYC -> Receives funded account credentials.

Breach of rules results in immediate evaluation failure or account termination without liability.
